Fuel Escalation Clause and Payment

For each $.10 per U.S. gallon increase/decrease in average cost of fuel compared to 2007 beginning established base price of $1.40 of premium grade diesel fuel, as determined weekly from Diesel Boss Website. There will be a 1.5% increase/decrease in the 2007 Appendix B rate schedule.

Fuel Escalation Payment:

The fuel escalation will be added to each load hauled and will be paid with that weeks settlement check.

All trucking companies will be able to view the current week’s fuel escalation Monday morning of that week after 9:00 AM at www.hnlogisticsllc.com/fuel/hndefault.htm. This schedule will be updated every Monday morning and is effective for one week. The data will remain on the website for historical applications, with the most current effective date on top.
