Insurance

The carrier is responsible for providing liability insurance for the tractor/trailer unit. CARRIER TO PROVIDE H & N LOGISTICS, LLC AND H & N TRANSPORT, INC. WITH A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING H & N LOGISTICS, LLC. AND H & N TRANSPORT, INC. AS ADDITIONAL INSURED.

The limits of coverage will be no less than $750,000 minimum per occurrence. The carrier is also responsible for providing Workers Compensation insurance for its drivers and cargo coverage in the amount of $10,000 minimum.

Please note the Certificate of Insurance must name H & N Logistics, LLC and H & N Transport, Inc. as additional insured.

• A copy must be on file before you may begin hauling any products with
  H & N Logistics, LLC or pulling H & N Transport, Inc. trailers.

•  Insurance requirements are covered under Section 8 & 9 in the H & N Logistics, LLC Transportation Agreement (Broker/Carrier) contract and Section 5 in the Trailer Interchange and Indemnity Agreement.
