Transportation Efficiency and Parking Lot Procedures
In order to maintain transportation efficiency for all motor carriers, it is necessary to adopt the following policy.
We are not operating the lot in a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. In our effort to eliminate excessive waiting time, we will be adopting a by appointment arrival time into our production area. The dispatch office will determine your lot arrival time. This will be determined when the driver contacts us at the Arena Dispatch Office. The dispatcher will assign a lot arrival time. This is not a FIELD LOADING TIME. The truck will be expected to arrive within 30 minutes before or after this scheduled arrival time. You may arrive early and rest in the lot when necessary, feel free. This will allow the driver to get scheduled rest and this will benefit all parties. Any questions, comments, or problems feel free to contact anyone in the dispatch office at (800) 558-2676 and they will be sure to get you an answer.
While any driver is in the designated Parking Lots, they are not allowed to dispose of any personal belongings, tires, or any type of refuge. We are honored to use these parking lots and must keep them clean. There is no truck/trailer maintenance allowed in the parking lots either. Any violator will be charged for clean up accordingly.
