HOW TO BECOME AN H&N LOGISTICS CARRIER PARTNER
You Only Need to Meet the Following Requirements, to Become an Active H&N Carrier Partner
- Active authority for a minimum of two months. If the carrier’s authority has been revoked and reinstated less than 30 days apart, they may be reviewed for requalification at the time of request.
- Have at least $100,000 in motor truck cargo insurance.
- Have at least $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance.
- Have worker’s compensation insurance in line with state requirements.
- No major complaints on file with any external websites (TIA WatchDog, Carrier411, or Truckstop.com).
- No major internal complaints from a H&N Logistics agent or Corporate Office.
- A safety rating of “Satisfactory” or “None” to be automatically compliant.
- Return a signed copy of the H&N Logistics LLC Broker Carrier Agreement.

Please complete the H&N Logistics Carrier-Broker Package and Trailer Agreement (if using an H&N Trailer) by choosing one of the following two methods:

When setting up with H&N Logistics, please keep the following in mind:
- If you are pulling your own trailer, disregard TRAILER INTERCHANGE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
- If you will be pulling our trailer, carrier MUST obtain Non-Owned Equipment Coverage: minimum $60,000.00.
- If you use a factoring company, we MUST receive a notice of assignment from your factoring company. There will be a fee assessed for any checks that need to be voided due to our company not being made aware that you utilize a factoring company.
- H&N requires all carriers to accept and use 10-4 Visibility Tracking on all loads.
